Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Hangzhou Yanan Trading Co., Ltd. (“Yanan Apparel”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an apparel trading and production-management company based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. We develop and manage OEM/ODM apparel programmes together with our own Anqing Wangjiang Apparel manufacturing facility.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you submit through our inquiry form: name, email address, company name, country, WhatsApp number, product category, quantity, customisation requirements and your message. Fields marked as required must be completed so that we can understand and answer your request.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring page. This is used for site security, basic traffic measurement and, where you have accepted analytics cookies, aggregated usage analysis through Google Analytics. Our hosting and security provider, Alibaba Cloud, also loads platform scripts that may collect technical and device data through its own cookies (see section 8).

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or special category personal data through this website. Please do not include such information in the message field.

We use inquiry information to:

• respond to your request and prepare a quotation;
• discuss samples, specifications, pricing, production timing and delivery;
• keep a record of our communication and any order-related instructions;
• meet accounting, customs, export and other legal obligations that may apply.

We use technical information to keep the website available and secure, to understand which pages are useful to visitors (only where analytics consent is given) and to prevent abuse of the inquiry form. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a quotation, sample request or production discussion develops into a contract or we are required to keep records for longer under applicable law. When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the records.

Analytics data, if you accept analytics cookies, is retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics. Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries, and only to the extent needed for those services:

• Alibaba Cloud, which provides hosting, CDN, security and platform diagnostic services for this website, including platform scripts and cookies described in section 8;
• Supabase, which provides the database and server-side function used to receive and store inquiry submissions;
• email and messaging providers used to receive and reply to your inquiry;
• Google Analytics, which is loaded only if you select “Accept all” in our cookie banner.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

We are based in China and work with clients in many countries. Our service providers may store or process data in countries other than your own, including China and other regions where their infrastructure operates. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps required by applicable law, such as using contractual safeguards with our providers and limiting transfers to what is necessary for the services described here.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent for analytics cookies. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email yananclothing@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days, and will tell you if we need more time.

This website uses two layers of storage:

• Platform operational storage: the site is delivered through Alibaba Cloud’s website hosting and security services. The platform loads its own scripts, including aplus_v2.js, msea-fe/wxz-aes and a CDN loader, and may set cookies or similar storage such as cna, isg and tfstk. These support hosting, security, load balancing and platform diagnostics. They are served by the hosting platform rather than by this website’s cookie banner, so selecting “Essential only” does not switch them off.
• Cookie choice and analytics: we store your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Accept all”; if you select “Essential only”, Google Analytics is not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of this website. When you switch back to “Essential only”, we delete the Google Analytics cookies we can access on this domain (_ga, _gid and _ga_*), set Google’s opt-out flag and stop sending further analytics page views. Platform cookies set by Alibaba Cloud are outside the control of this website and may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies of our own.

This website is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version is always published on this page with the date shown below. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
